Xiao-Mei is a feline beastfolk who calls Windaria Island her home, operating the antique dealership known as 'Silver Boot.' Much like the cats she resembles, her moods shift without warning, and her love of coin borders on obsession—yet she moves freely through the island's shadowy information underworld. Beneath this mercurial exterior lies a secret identity: the noble thief 'Black Tail,' who redistributes stolen wealth to orphans sheltered by the local church. Armed with encyclopedic knowledge of antiquities and an extensive network of contacts, she has proven an indispensable ally to the main cast on numerous occasions.
