Youtetsu

Youtetsu is a young member sent directly from the central headquarters of 'TERA' to the Ibaraki branch, where he fulfills dual responsibilities as an administrative assistant and a headquarters liaison. He frequently visits the branch director Yukiniwa as part of his duties. Throughout the story, he maintains a gentle yet mysteriously enigmatic smile, carrying out his role as a behind-the-scenes supporter with calm composure—making him an indispensable figure in sustaining the organization's operations within the world of forbidden songs.
