Yukina Himeragi

Yukina is the primary heroine — a Sword Shaman dispatched by the Lion King Organization, though her true mission was never disclosed to her: she was sent to serve as a bride to the Fourth Primogenitor, Akatsuki Kojō, as a means of keeping him in check. Having been raised within the sacred grounds of Kannagi Shrine from childhood, she possesses little familiarity with ordinary social life. She wields one of only three remaining holy lances forged by the Heavenly Faction capable of slaying a True Ancestor — the assault armament Schneewalzer — which carries the power to nullify magical ability, or more precisely, to return all things to their original state. Enrolled in the middle school division of Saikai Academy as a third-year student, her academic level already rivals that of a high school graduate. She excels in swordsmanship and spirit-sight, though cursework and divination remain her weaker points. Deeply in love with Kojō, she would willingly lay down her life for him — yet the moment he grows too close to another woman, her composed demeanor gives way to sharp glares, barely concealed fury, and on occasion, a Schneewalzer swung directly at his head. Her relationship with Aiba Asagi began on rocky ground, but has since evolved into one of mutual respect tempered by mutual wariness. Most of her casual wardrobe is said to have been personally selected and sent to her by Sayaka.
