Anyone want to form a group for an anime pilgrimage to Japan in October?

I'm planning a one-week trip to Japan in October with the theme of an anime pilgrimage! Looking for a few fellow fans to join me. Tentative itinerary: - Day 1-2: Tokyo (Akihabara, Nakano Broadway, Ikebukuro Otome Road) - Day 3: Kamakura (Slam Dunk pilgrimage site) - Day 4: Hida-Takayama (Your Name. pilgrimage site) - Day 5-6: Kyoto (Various anime filming locations) - Day 7: Osaka (Nipponbashi anime street) Looking for 3-5 people to join, expenses will be split AA-style. Requirements: 1. Passionate about anime (not the type who just goes for drugstore shopping) 2. Good physical stamina (we will be doing a lot of walking) 3. I really want to go, but I have to work in October... If it were changed to the Christmas holidays, I could join. You guys keep planning though, I'll see if I can swap my shifts.

I suggest adding an extra day to Hida-Takayama! The hot springs and Wagyu beef there are amazing; don't just rush off after visiting the pilgrimage site. The Takayama Old Town is also worth a stroll.

Leaving a mark! If it's October, there should still be autumn festivals; the timing is great. But isn't a seven-day itinerary a bit rushed? You could easily spend three days just in Tokyo.

I'm interested! I've been to the pilgrimage sites for Slam Dunk and Your Name. Hida-Takayama really looks exactly like it does in the anime; it was so moving. I can help out as a guide!
