Kore Kaite Shine: First 4 Episodes Are a Real Hidden Gem

What draws me in most about this one is how grounded it is. It goes from simply "liking manga" all the way to "hey, why don't we draw our own," finding an advisor, recruiting members, and then everyone actually getting together to try and produce their first work. Every episode is steadily moving forward — it's totally not one of those vapid shows that just shouts about dreams or youth. Watching them piece the manga club together bit by bit has more sticking power than a bunch of shows that kick off with some big incident. And there's zero barrier to entry — even if you know nothing about manga production, it goes down super smoothly. If you want to pick up an underrated gem this season, I genuinely recommend this one. By episode 4 you'll know if it clicks with you.
