July New Anime! Am I a Saint? No, I want to be a maid!
Anime Title: Heroine? Saint! No, I'm a Menial Maid! (Proudly)
Genre: Comedy + Slice of Life
CAST: Yume Miyamoto, Rumi Okubo, Yoko Hikasa, Kohei Amasaki
Plot: "In the otome game 'Silver Saint and the Five Oaths,' the Demon King is about to appear, and the world is facing a crisis. The protagonist, Celeste, is reincarnated into the game world. Her original destiny was to defeat the Demon King as the Saint, but she is focused on her work as a maid. Celeste, the Saint who is supposed to save the world, uses her abilities for maid duties, showcasing comprehensive housekeeping skills."
Review: July new anime, adapted from a light novel. The story mainly follows the female lead who, after transmigrating, is single-mindedly determined to be a maid (she's really obsessed with it). The manga is still updating, it leans towards BG (Boy-Girl romance), and is currently in a comedic slice-of-life mode. The animation is produced by EMT Squared, with Shinji Ishihira as the chief director. Looking at the PV, it seems decent, and the young lady is cute! Overall, it's worth a small expectation.
Are you looking forward to it?
