Do you guys wait for an anime/manga to finish before binge-watching it?

Some of my friends like to let episodes pile up and then binge-watch them all at once, but I can't help but follow them weekly. I'd like to ask what your habits are? Is it better to follow weekly or wait until it's finished? What are the pros and cons of each method?

It depends on the genre; I follow mystery series weekly, but for slice-of-life, I wait until there are enough episodes to binge-watch.
