Got my hands on the Frieren: Beyond Journey's End Season 1 BD Box! I immediately did an image quality comparison between the BD and TV versions.<br><br>Main fixes:<br>- Corrections to character animation in long shots in Episode 3<br>- Added in-between frames to battle scenes in Episode 7<br>- Fine-tuned overall lighting and shadow effects for a more natural look<br>- Lines are cleaner and sharper<br><br>Overall, the extent of the corrections isn't huge, but the BD bitrate is much higher, making the picture noticeably clearer. Whether it's worth buying is a matter of personal opinion.
