Anime convention entry: prioritize voice actor events or browsing booths?

I usually note down the booth locations I want to visit in advance, since if you miss a voice actor event, you might have to wait years for another chance.

When you enter, do you head straight for voice actor events, or do you sweep through the exhibition booths first?
