When I buy prize figures, the first thing I do is look at them like that too. That kind of subtle paint bleed you're talking about, I basically pretend it doesn't exist. I'm not gonna take a magnifying glass and inspect it inch by inch like a coroner. Prize figures are positioned as affordable mass-produced items, you pay a few hundred bucks but expect a few thousand bucks' worth of QC😂
My personal bottom line is actually simple: face sculpt isn't busted, no large-scale paint chipping, or obvious stains, that's enough.
I've seen people who, the first thing they do after buying one, take macro shots with their phone and then go online to post a thread complaining about the paint job being crap. Honestly, that's kind of overkill. A prize figure is a prize figure, just treat it as an official GK substitute. If you want 100% perfection, you might as well just go straight to a PVC figure.
