About self-service payment and refund
We currently offer multiple self-service payment methods, with no need for manual review of transaction records.
Paying with Credit Card: You simply need to enter the relevant information on the checkout page to complete the payment. If we find that the products you ordered cannot be provided, we will cancel your order, and the credit card company will automatically refund the amount within a few hours to a few days. Please wait patiently.
Alternatively, we may also remove certain products from the order: For example, if you purchased Product A ($100) and Product B ($200), the credit card company will authorize us to charge $300. If we find that Product B cannot be provided, we will remove that product from the order and ultimately only charge $100.
If you choose to pay with PayPal or Google Pay, we will only charge the amount after confirming the ordered products. For products that cannot be provided, we will handle them in the same way as with credit cards.
Additionally, we regularly review all products on the website and remove those that cannot be ordered. Therefore, situations requiring refunds after ordering only occur in very rare cases.
