Contact Information

When placing an order, contact information (contact name, valid phone number, and email address) must be provided to facilitate notification of collection arrangements and customer service.

Collection or Shipping

Ordered goods must be collected or shipping arranged within one month after notification. After the deadline, the deposit will not be refunded and the goods cannot be picked up.

Supply and Refund

If the manufacturer is unable to supply the full quantity, the deposit will be fully refunded. After paying the deposit, it cannot be refunded unless the manufacturer is unable to supply the goods.

Product Release Date

If there are delays in the product release date, notification will be sent via WhatsApp message.

Product Quality

Dents on the outer packaging of the product are normal. All products are subject to the actual item. Products are manufactured by the official company according to their standards, and defective items (such as deformation and damage) occur only with very low probability. Minor flaws within the standard range are considered normal and cannot be grounds for a refund.

Inspection and Exchange

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.

Otherwise, standard shipping charges apply.

Transaction Terms

Paying the deposit signifies acceptance and understanding of the product prices and transaction terms on the invoice. In case of disputes, anihk.com reserves the final decision.
