SF Cash on Delivery (COD, collected by the courier company)🚚

Can be picked up at business addresses, residential addresses, SF Express stations, service centers, or self-service lockers.After receiving your final payment, it will be shipped within two to three working days!

Purchase process[For HK]: (No membership required)🛒

  1. Browse your favorite products, first choose "Payment in Full" or "Payment Deposit".
  2. Then press [加入購物車].
  3. Press [結帳] in the shopping cart.
  4. At the checkout interface, provide the correct Email and phone number, and fill in the name for contact purposes.
  5. Fill in the appropriate address (such as SF address and code). If the customer chooses in-person pickup, fill [地址] and [市] with "0000", and [地區] can be any region.
  6. After completing the address entry, you can choose the shipping method: In-person pickup or SF Cash on Delivery.
  7. Payment Methods 💳
    • If you choose to pay by credit card or PAYPAL, fill in the relevant information as required on the webpage to complete the automatic payment.
    • If you choose to pay by bank transfer/FPS/PAYME/ALIPAY(HK), there will be relevant instructions (such as username/bank account number). Follow the instructions to complete the transfer. Please keep the transfer record after payment. Our staff will contact you to verify.
  8. Review the order summary and press [完成訂單].
  9. After completing the purchase, we will automatically send an email to confirm the order.

※If we find that all products in the order cannot be ordered, a refund will be arranged and the order will be voided.

※If we find that some products in the order cannot be ordered, they will be removed from the order, and the order will be updated with a refund arranged.

Macau:
