Chiharu Andou

Chiharu is Mayta's little sister who, despite attending a refined and elite all-girls elementary school, behaves in a manner entirely at odds with the institution's reputation. Heavily influenced by her brother's former delinquent biker gang values, she has earned the fearsome nickname 'Mad Dog' among her peers. Her admiration for Mayta borders on obsession, and upon learning that Chiо was the reason behind his retirement from the gang lifestyle, Chiharu declared open hostility toward her—frequently ambushing her on the commute to school. To top it all off, she has a peculiar habit of sneaking up on unsuspecting passersby to perform the infamous 'Thousand-Year Kill' prank, making her an unexpectedly charismatic and troublesome elementary schooler.
