Dino is the Italian owner and chef behind the café "Stile," though beneath his managerial title lies a passionate devotee of late-night anime and scale model collecting. After a fateful encounter with Maika Sakuranomiya left him instantly smitten, he recruited her to play the shop's signature "sadistic" character. Despite being the boss, he frequently dissolves into nosebleeds or tearful outbursts whenever his emotions get the better of him—making him the favorite target of his staff's teasing and perfectly embodying his endearingly clumsy charm.
