Although she often displays a laid-back, carefree attitude and can be quite blunt or snappy when stressed, she holds a deep sense of responsibility. She consistently tends to the heavily injured secret weapon, Mimi, who frequently returns to the clinic in tatters. As one of the few adults who knows the truth behind Mimi's circumstances, Fran watches over the young students with a quiet, reliable strength, providing them with essential healing and guidance.
