Fusatarou Oosawa

Fusatarou Oosawa is one of the tattooed convicts who broke out of Abashiri Prison. His preferred method of eliminating targets—drowning them underwater—earned him the fearsome moniker 'Pirate Fusatarou.' He harbors an ambitious dream of establishing his own private kingdom in the South Seas, hoping that such a domain would grant him a family and a place where he would never again be forgotten. In the story's fourth arc, he leverages both his formidable combat prowess and his extensive intelligence network to forge an alliance with Sugimoto's group.
