Born as the daughter of the Jomsvikings' leader, Helga chose to leave that world behind and journey with her husband Thors to Iceland in pursuit of a peaceful life. After Thors passed away, she steadfastly watched over their home and waited for Thorfinn's return across many years. In the second season, she serves as Thorfinn's spiritual anchor, embodying a rare compassion and quiet strength within the Viking age, and standing as a vital symbol of non-violence in the story.
