Once feared under the alias 'Judas' as a key member of the superhuman robbery crew known as the Diamond Diners, Hikaru Misumi wielded the rare ability to convert his entire body into living electricity. A fateful encounter with Asu-chan shook him to his core, ultimately inspiring him to turn himself in and serve his sentence. Following his release, he joined the Superhuman Division before eventually establishing an underground clinic operating outside legal boundaries—a sanctuary for superhumans hunted by the state. Working from the shadows, he remains a steadfast guardian of Asu-chan and an indispensable source of support for the protagonist, Jiru Lang.
