Hiroto Yasaka

Hiroto Yasaka is the one and only childhood companion of Subaru Mikazuki—a bright, outgoing young man with a natural talent for connecting with others. Following the tragic loss of Subaru's parents, Hiroto made it his personal mission to check in on his grieving friend regularly, bringing meals, lending a hand around the house, and gently encouraging the increasingly withdrawn Subaru to step back into the world. As the eldest sibling in his own family, caring for others comes second nature to him. Though he can occasionally come across as a bit rough around the edges, his warmth and attentiveness toward both Subaru and the cat named 'Haru' make him the story's most steadfast source of support.
