Subaru Mikazuki

Subaru Mikazuki is a 23-year-old mystery writer who has always found solace in the pages of books rather than in the company of others. Viewing social interactions as an obstacle to his craft, he spent much of his life deliberately distancing himself from people. When tragedy struck and he lost both parents in an accident, Subaru fell into a profound sense of isolation. Everything changed at his parents' grave, where a stray cat named 'Haru' wandered into his life and eventually moved in with him. Through the quiet companionship of this feline friend, Subaru slowly dismantled the walls he had built around himself, rediscovering empathy and the courage to reconnect with the world around him.
