Jinemon Momokawa

As the manager of his family's sake brewing business, Jinemon Momokawa acts as a highly traditional and uncompromising father figure. He exhibits a harsh demeanor toward his second daughter, Inako, constantly reprimanding her on a daily basis for her apparent clumsiness and minor mistakes. Valuing the overarching interests of his household and old-fashioned customs far above any personal happiness, he completely ignores his daughter's true feelings and unilaterally tries to force her into an arranged political marriage. This dictatorial and overbearing behavior ultimately pushes Inako to her breaking point, prompting her to run away from home and join Kihachi Sakamoto in the quest to find the elusive catalog.
