As the head of the Wine Division at Taiyou Beer Corporation, he serves as the direct superior of protagonist Shizuku Kanzaki. It was through his persistent lobbying of upper management that the division was originally established. Though he tends to maintain a relaxed, understated presence in day-to-day affairs, his expertise in wine runs deep, and he consistently provides decisive support and guidance to his team when it matters most.
