Kengo Dojima

Kengo Dojima is a core member of the journalism club at Funato High School, sharing a history with protagonist Kogito Kohato that dates back to their elementary school days. Physically imposing and bold in character, he holds a powerful sense of justice and a strong drive to act on it. While he struggles to understand Kohato's dedication to living as an unremarkable "ordinary citizen," he consistently turns to Kohato's deductive abilities whenever a puzzling incident or difficult situation arises at school—driven by genuine trust. In doing so, he serves as a vital supporting force that propels the story's events forward.
