Kiyohito Takayama

Kiyohito Takayama is the heroic mentor who trained the story's protagonist Yashiro, and is also the birth father of Jōgamine Aki. Having already passed away before the events of the narrative begin, he was widely recognized during his lifetime under the alias 'Nine Fingers' as an exceptionally capable hero. Beneath his composed and cold exterior lay a psychologically fragile individual who harbored a deep contempt for the hero profession, viewing those who practiced it as the dregs of society. Crucially, he was in truth an active member within the upper ranks of the organization known as 'Half Dragon,' and the actions he took in life—along with his concealed identity—cast a long shadow over the direction of the entire plot.
