Kobayashi is the proprietor of BB Lounge, a nightclub located in Shibuya, and a devoted fan of the Three Kingdoms. He extended a helping hand to Eiko during her darkest moment, and during a job interview, he was won over by Kongming's remarkable intellect, ultimately hiring him as a staff member. Despite projecting an intimidating and stern demeanor, he is genuinely warm and considerate at heart, serving as an indispensable pillar of support behind both Eiko's musical aspirations and Kongming's strategies.
