Kurokawa

As the governor of Ikihama Prefecture, Kurokawa serves as the central antagonist of the story's first half. His personal guard, distinguished by their rabbit masks, enforces an iron-fisted regime across the region. Cold-blooded and devoid of mercy, he relentlessly pursues Bisco in a bid to seize the power of the 'Rusteater' mushroom and fulfill his ambitions of dominance—going so far as to subject his own subordinates to cruel, inhumane experiments.
