On the surface, Maria appears to be an ordinary student enrolled at Rosewood Academy, but her true origins reveal her to be the daughter of the previous Demon King and a human. In everyday life, she comes across as timid and prone to mishaps, wearing a restraining shackle that suppresses her immense magical power, while simultaneously coexisting with a fierce alternate personality known as "Mao." After being defeated and redeemed by the protagonist Brad, she finally overcame the inner turmoil that had long clouded her heart, developing a powerful affection for him—even openly declaring her wish to become his wife.
