Menou

Menou comes from a distinguished demon family that has faithfully served the Demon King for generations, and he holds the position of a commander in the Demon King's army. While he possesses unwavering loyalty, he is also highly rational and capable of independent thinking rather than blindly following orders. After confronting the level 999 villager Koji Kagami and witnessing his overwhelming power, Menou decides to accompany Koji and Alice, the Demon King's daughter who dreams of peace, to ascertain the Demon King's true intentions. Traveling together, he is deeply influenced by their ideals and gradually begins to strive for the coexistence of humans and demons. In battle, he is a formidable fighter specializing in fire and explosion magic. Despite his dignified and polite demeanor, he occasionally displays a lighter, somewhat clumsy side—such as having poor detection skills or drawing hasty conclusions—making him a deeply trustworthy and endearing companion.
