Minato

Minato serves as the top-ranking commander of the mobile fortress Deca-dence, overseeing all tactical operations and strategic planning. Bound to protagonist Kaburagi by a long-standing friendship, he carries himself with quiet restraint and unwavering rationality. Despite holding a position of authority within the system, he repeatedly puts himself at risk to covertly shield Kaburagi—an individual flagged as a systemic anomaly. As the established order begins to fracture, Minato grows increasingly skeptical of the governing framework, ultimately dedicating himself to forging a new world where humans and cyborgs can coexist.
