Mitsuya Majime

Mitsuya Majime began his career as an unremarkable employee in the sales department of Genbu Publishing, until his rare and innate sensitivity to words caught the attention of a seasoned editor who recognized his hidden potential. Though awkward in social situations and often out of place in everyday life, he discovered his true calling upon joining the dictionary editorial team. Dedicating over a decade of his life to the monumental project known as 'The Great Passage,' he led his colleagues across the vast sea of language with unwavering perseverance and quiet passion, ultimately bringing the ambitious undertaking to completion.
