Notetsu stands apart from the other tsukumogami of Izumoya as the sole one capable of flight, his true form being a delicately carved bat netsuke. He often slips away unnoticed by Seiji and Kou to gather intelligence across the city. Though a troubled past has left him guarded and dismissive toward humans, his sharp words conceal a quietly devoted heart—always watching over his masters from the shadows.
