Phoenix

Phoenix is a familiar summoned by Viola — a mythical, undying bird renowned for his deep magnetic voice and commanding appearance. Despite proudly regarding himself as a being of great wisdom and noble standing, he is routinely treated by Viola as a scarf, a pet, or even a potential emergency food source, leaving little room for any dignity befitting a divine creature. Even so, he remains loyally devoted to this mismatched mother-daughter pair of witches, serving as the story's indispensable straight-faced foil and long-suffering punching bag.
