Riyou Reaper

Riyou Reaper is a member of the cleanup organization 'Akuta' and a Giver who wields an oversized pair of scissors as her weapon, manipulating them with her feet in combat. Once a professional killer, she was moved by the group's leader, Engine, and chose to join 'Akuta' under a pledge to take no more lives. In everyday life she comes across as bright and somewhat childlike, often playing with others' hair; yet the moment battle begins, she shifts into a remarkably composed and efficient fighter. She also serves as a key senior figure who guides the protagonist Rudo.
