Ryouko Mendou

Ryouko Mendou is the younger sister of Shutaro Mendou and a proud heiress of the powerful Mendou Zaibatsu, currently enrolled as a second-year student at Seirei Private Girls' Middle School. Despite her refined and striking appearance, she harbors a deeply cunning and mischievous nature beneath the surface. Driven by an intense aversion to boredom, she commands a group of loyally obedient attendants known as the 'Kuroko' to orchestrate elaborate schemes designed to torment her brother and those around her. She is, at her core, an extreme hedonist who derives genuine pleasure from the suffering of others.
