Shizuku Kanzaki

Born as the son of legendary wine critic Tōtaka Kanzaki, he chose to work at a beer company as an act of defiance against his father. Following his father's passing, he finds himself locked in a fierce inheritance battle against his adoptive brother Issei Tomine. Armed with an extraordinary innate sense of smell and intuition, he embarks on a quest for the 'Twelve Apostles' and the mythical wine known as 'Drops of God,' rediscovering his connection to the world of wine while coming to understand the profound bonds that tie his family together.
