Shizuru Shirosaki

Shizuru Shirosaki is one of Kawai Complex's longest-standing residents, easily recognizable by his unkempt appearance and bangs that perpetually obscure his eyes. A former novelist who claims to be in a prolonged creative 'recharge,' he lives a carefree, jobless lifestyle within the dormitory. What truly sets him apart is his intense masochistic streak—he genuinely delights in being scolded or punished, making his interactions with landlady Sumiko endlessly entertaining. Beneath his perverted and eccentric exterior, however, lies a remarkably caring individual who channels his creativity into handcrafts and thoughtfully planned activities designed to lift the spirits of fellow residents in need.
