Tama Jii

Tama Jii was once the divine sword 'Star Soul Sword' wielded by the war god Takemikazuchi, until the blade shattered during a fierce battle against the evil god Taiwo, leaving him to exist as a disembodied spirit. In this incorporeal form, he devoted himself to raising Sakuna, guiding her through their years of exile with wisdom spanning agriculture and combat alike. Though he is often heard grumbling at her willful and carefree attitude, this careful and courteous elder spirit remains her indispensable pillar of support—a presence as irreplaceable as a grandfather.
