Tatara's origins trace back to 'Red Tongue', a clandestine Chinese ghoul organization, before he crossed into Japan and ascended to the position of second-in-command within Aogiri Tree, becoming an indispensable pillar beside the One-Eyed King. Renowned for his merciless decision-making and meticulous strategic planning, he orchestrates large-scale operations that leave investigators in disarray.
