Yuusuke Yamagishi works in the character production department and joined the company in the same intake as the protagonist, Takuma Shinozaki. Bright and full of energy, he naturally takes on the role of the office's mood-lifter. He follows the romantic developments between Shinozaki and senior colleague Katase with great enthusiasm, frequently teasing them or nudging things along from the sidelines. Though his behavior can come across as frivolous and meddlesome at times, he is at heart a lovable supporting character who genuinely treasures his friendships.
