Is watching romance anime alone on Valentine's Day a treat or self-torture?

Valentine's Day is here again, and since I'm single, I decided to binge-watch <i>Your Lie in April</i> at home. Little did I know, I'd end up completely broken down in tears by the end... Is this choice a treat or just self-torture? 😂<br><br>But honestly, the emotional depth in anime is sometimes more moving than reality. Do you guys intentionally watch romance anime on Valentine's Day? Or do you actively avoid them?
