Next time an international anime expo comes to Hong Kong, what do you rush to do first?

If I plan my anime expo itinerary in advance, I'd instead leave most of my time for visiting booths of various IPs; missing out on a little item I'm looking for really bums me out for a long time.

Would you rush to the booths first, or grab a spot for the stage events?
