Where will you head to first at the inaugural Hong Kong anime convention?

When I go to anime conventions, I never want to rush into the most crowded areas right at the start; I'd rather slowly look around the booths of different creators and vendors.

Do you prefer to save a spot for the main stage events, or head straight to the merchandise booths?
