What anime is everyone watching lately? Looking for recommendations

I've been in a bit of an anime drought lately.
Not sure what to watch.

The April new season has been airing for a while now.
I wanted to ask if you all have any hidden gems you'd recommend.
Whether it's new shows or old classics, anything works.

I personally prefer fantasy, but I'm open to other genres too.
As long as the plot and character development are good, I'm in.

Please, give me some recommendations!
