I just saw that Bandai Namco's brand BANPRESTO has unveiled the latest prize figure prototypes for Gakuen Idolmaster, and this time it's the turn of Hatsuboshi Academy's top duo. As the two characters who currently possess absolute height in both popularity and ability within the game, the colored prototypes for Student Council President Sena Juo and Vice President Tsubame Amayo have finally been revealed. Although we have a long wait ahead for this set of figures, which are scheduled for release in September 2026, just looking at the current colored prototypes makes one feel the sincerity of the official team.

The series used this time is the ESPRESTO line, which focuses on costume texture and character tension. Each of them has been given different thematic features:

・Sena Juo: High contrast - This version perfectly restores the transcendent aura of Sena as the academy's brightest star, especially with those signature long boots and the high-contrast black and white costume design. Sena's genius-like quality as an idol in the game is captured very well in this dynamic pose, and the layering of light and shadow is something to look forward to.

・Tsubame Amayo: Swallow pattern - As Sena's childhood friend and number one rival, this design showcases her calm and prideful side. The costume details incorporate clever swallow patterns, echoing her sharp yet elegant stage style.
