After such a long wait, this variant bunny girl Albedo has finally been revealed, and the quality is truly speechless...
Seeing that FuRyu has finally revealed the answer to yesterday's silhouette, it's no surprise that it's the fan-favorite Albedo from "Overlord"! This release in the BiCute Bunnies series is an "another costume" version, and the overall design has a lot of depth.
Speaking of the BiCute Bunnies series, what veteran collectors care about most is definitely those real fabric fishnet stockings. Typical prize figures (crane game prizes) usually just have lines molded and painted directly onto the plastic, but the quality of this series often rivals that of mid-to-high-end scale figures. This time, the black bodysuit is paired with a bartender-style open-collar white vest, and combined with Albedo's slightly provocative yet charmingly confident expression, it perfectly captures her powerful aura as the Overseer of the Guardians of Nazarick.
Personally, I feel that the pose details on this one have more tension compared to previous standing versions, especially the small gesture of her hand pulling at the edge of her outfit—you really can't tell this is just a prize-grade piece. Compared to the traditional solid-colored bunny girls released before, this "variant costume" style feels more visually appealing and fits her yandere yet mature character traits better. Based on the prototype photos released so far, the craftsmanship level from FuRyu this time really has a chance to challenge for the title of the best prize figure of the year.
Do you guys think this variant version of Albedo hits the mark for your collection desires?
