My figure accidentally fell and the arm broke off, is there any way to fix it?

While cleaning my room this morning, I accidentally bumped into the display cabinet and my scale figure fell to the floor... the arm snapped off.

I'd like to ask everyone:
1. What kind of glue is best to use? Is super glue okay?
2. Will the joint be very noticeable?
3. Are there any figure repair services in Hong Kong you can recommend?
4. If it can't be fixed, what can I do with it?

I bought that figure for $1800, my heart is truly broken now that it's broken. I beg for your guidance, masters. 🙏

Use Tamiya's Extra Thin Cement (Clear); once it's dry, just sand the joint smooth. Don't use super glue, as it will leave white marks.

Tamiya glue is sold at Sino Centre. It costs about $40-60 per bottle and is much more suitable than the super glue found in general stores.

I've repaired figures a few times as a figure photographer. By filling the joints with putty and then painting over them, you can make it almost impossible to tell.

Prevention is better than cure: add locks to display cabinets, put anti-slip pads on the bottom, and don't place them too close to the edge.

Heartbreaking 😢 $1800 figure... I suggest using 5-minute epoxy resin glue; it's stronger than super glue, but you need to align it and wait for 5 minutes.

Gundam model repair experience can be applied: drill a hole in the broken part, insert a copper wire for reinforcement, and then bond it with AB epoxy.

Anti-slip pads +1! I haven't had any figures fall over since I started using them. It's an investment of just a few dollars, but the results are excellent.

From a collector's perspective: If a repaired figure is done well, it won't affect the display effect. However, its resale value will drop.
