I saw a poll on the Japanese website spacomic asking "Who comes to mind when you think of 'crazy' (瘋批) characters?" The results were quite interesting, so I'm sharing them for everyone to discuss.
Top 10 Crazy Characters:

This one shouldn't be a surprise; he's the representative of perverted Nen users. His obsession with strong opponents and his nature as a battle maniac truly make him the craziest of the crazy.
2. Nagito Komaeda (Danganronpa)
The Ultimate Lucky Student, and also the Ultimate Crazy. His extreme philosophy of hope and twisted values, where he's willing to sacrifice everything for hope, make him a character you both love and hate.
