Hong Kong Comic Con 2026: A Global Pop Culture Premiere
The San Diego Comic-Con brand makes its Hong Kong debut in 2026. Hong Kong Comic Con 2026 (HKCC 2026) is set to run from May 29 (Friday) to May 31 (Sunday), 2026 at Hall 3, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) in Wan Chai. With actor Louis Koo serving as official ambassador, the event bridges Western entertainment IP with Asian pop culture in an unprecedented three-day celebration.

1. Meet The Stars – Celebrity Guest Line-up
The centrepiece of HKCC 2026 is its extraordinary celebrity roster. Confirmed guests include Danish acting icon Mads Mikkelsen of Hannibal fame, Giancarlo Esposito who portrayed Moff Gideon in The Mandalorian, and legendary Back to the Future star Christopher Lloyd. Fans can attend dedicated signing and photo sessions by purchasing separate Meet The Stars tickets.
2. Toys & Collectibles Zone
Ambassador Louis Koo will publicly showcase his personal collection of 1:1 scale film props for the very first time. Collectibles giant Hot Toys will also release an exclusive 1:6 scale limited figure of the character "Dragon Tornado" from Twilight of the Warriors: Walled In — a must-grab for serious collectors.
3. Cosplay Central
A dedicated space for cosplayers and fans alike, Cosplay Central features professional photo set-ups and community interaction zones. Attendees wishing to enter in costume must complete an official online pre-registration and approval process beforehand.
4. Artist Alley
The event's visual identity was crafted by local artists Man Tsang (曾偉文) and FCP (馮展鵬). Artist Alley brings together independent creators from Hong Kong and around the world, where visitors can browse original artwork, purchase limited-edition prints, and receive on-the-spot sketches and signatures.
5. TCG & eSports Arena
A competitive zone catering to trading card game (TCG) players and esports fans, hosting both card battle tournaments and high-level esports exhibition matches throughout the three-day event.
