Inuou

In "World Is Dancing," a work set during the dawn of Noh theater in the Muromachi period, Inuou is based on the historical figure Doami, a legendary performer who defined the era alongside Kan'ami and Zeami. Within the story, he appears as a highly enigmatic young man who is exceptionally elusive, suddenly showing up before the protagonist Oniyasha and vanishing just as quickly without a trace. Despite his puzzling nature, Inuou possesses an aura of profound wisdom, speaking and acting as if he can see through the core of all things. Whenever Oniyasha struggles with the true meaning of dance, Inuou leaves behind deeply insightful and thought-provoking words that profoundly influence the boy's artistic awakening, serving as a quiet yet vital catalyst for his growth.
